What is this gel rollerball pen, and when do you need it?
The PILOT Hi-Tecpoint V7 is a gel rollerball pen you use when you want to write with the smoothness of a gel pen, but with the precision of a fineliner. This pen is ideal for detailed work, for taking notes where you need to fit a lot of text into little space, or when you need a constant line width for drawings or diagrams.

Why choose the 0.4 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.4 mm you get a fine, precise line that is perfect for small handwriting and detailed work. This width sits between an ultra-fine and a medium pen, so your letters stay clearly legible without becoming too thin. The 0.4 mm width prevents your text from fading on the paper, while keeping your writing neat and compact.

Practical benefit: always see your ink supply
An important feature of this pen is the visible ink level – so you can always see how much ink is left. This prevents unpleasant surprises during important notes or presentations. You know in advance when it's time to pick up a new pen, without suddenly running out of ink.

Easy to recognise by the colour of the barrel
The red barrel colour makes it easy to tell this pen apart from other pens in your pencil case or desk drawer. This is especially handy if you use several PILOT pens with different line widths or ink colours, so you can always quickly grab the right one.
