When do you need a rollerball pen?
A rollerball pen is ideal for extended writing where you want to write comfortably without applying pressure. The PILOT VBALL VB 5 combines the smooth writing qualities of a felt-tip pen with the precision of a ballpoint, so you can note down and draw effortlessly.

Why choose the 0.3 mm variant?
With its 0.3 mm line width, this pen is perfect for detailed work and small handwriting. You can draw very precise lines and also write neatly in tight spaces such as diaries or forms without your text becoming unclear.

Advantage of the metal tip
The metal tip ensures a stable and durable writing experience. This metal point retains its shape even with intensive use and gives you consistently the same line width. Moreover, a metal tip is less susceptible to damage than plastic alternatives.

Practical tip for everyday use
Store the pen horizontally to maintain the best ink flow, and make sure the cap always fits securely to prevent it from drying out. The green colour makes the pen easy to recognise among other writing materials, which is handy if you regularly switch between different pens for, say, corrections or colour-coding in your notes.
