What does this product do?
A pigment marker is the ideal choice when you want to draw or write on different materials with an opaque, waterproof line. This POSCA marker works with pigment ink that adheres well to paper, card, wood, metal, glass and plastic. Use it for decorative projects, labelling objects or making posters and drawings.

Why this round tip of 1.8–2.5 mm?
The round tip of this PC-5M variant gives you a line width between 1.8 and 2.5 mm, which is perfect for medium details and filling in areas. This width is versatile enough for both fine lines and filling in smaller surfaces. You have more control than with broader tips, yet can still colour larger areas quickly.

Advantages of pigment ink
Pigment ink differs from regular marker ink in that it is opaque and does not bleed. Once dry, the ink is waterproof and lightfast, so your work stays looking good for a long time. The ink has a matte finish and produces intense colour results, even on dark backgrounds.

Practical tip for use
Shake the marker well before use, and test first on an inconspicuous spot if you are going to draw on a new material. On smooth surfaces such as glass or metal, you can usually still wipe the ink away while it is wet. Store the marker horizontally with the cap on to prevent it from drying out.
