What does a pigment marker do, and when do you need one?
A pigment marker such as the POSCA PC1MC is ideal for creating durable markings on a wide range of materials. Use this marker when you want drawings, labels or decorations that need to last, even when exposed to water or sunlight.

Why choose the 0.7–1.0 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.7 to 1.0 mm, you sit right between fine and medium. This width gives you enough control for detailed work, yet enough coverage for filling in smaller areas. You can draw both thin lines and bold strokes by varying the pressure on the tip.

Water-resistant pigment formula for lasting results
The water-resistant property means your work won't disappear in rain, moisture or even when cleaned with water. This POSCA marker is also light- and UV-resistant, so the dark blue colour won't fade in sunlight. This makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor projects.

Practical use and handling
The odourless formula makes this marker pleasant to use, even in enclosed spaces or during extended drawing sessions. You can use the PC1MC on paper, cardboard, glass, metal, stone and many other surfaces. Shake the marker before use and press the tip a few times to get the pigment flowing.
