What does a vacuum sealer do?
A vacuum sealer draws air out of special bags and seals them airtight. This considerably extends the shelf life of food and prevents freezer burn. You need this appliance if you regularly want to store food for longer periods, portion food out, or cook sous-vide.

Why this compact model?
With dimensions of 380 x 155 x 63 mm, this vacuum sealer fits on any worktop without taking up much space. The stainless steel design ensures durability and a professional look in your kitchen. The compact shape also makes the appliance suitable for smaller kitchens where space is precious.

Suction power of 12 litres per minute
The suction power of 12 litres per minute means the appliance draws air out of the bags relatively quickly. This is sufficient for household use with normal portion sizes. The vacuum process is therefore efficient, without you having to wait long before the bag is sealed.

Please note the connection
This appliance has a European plug and operates on 220-240 volts, which is standard in the Netherlands. The consumption of 120 watts is average for this type of appliance. You can simply plug it into a normal power socket. Just make sure you always use special vacuum bags that are suitable for this type of machine.
