What does a mechanical pencil do and when do you need one?
Mechanical pencils are ideal for precision drawing, technical drawings and writing tasks where you need a consistent line width. Unlike ordinary pencils, you never have to sharpen them, so you always have a sharp point for accurate work.

Why this set with three different thicknesses?
With this Rotring Tikky set you get three mechanical pencils with lead diameters of 0.35 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. The 0.35 mm is perfect for very fine details and small text, 0.5 mm for general writing and drawing, and 0.7 mm for thick lines and shading areas. That way you always have the right tool to hand for every task.

Ergonomic comfort for prolonged use
The rubberised, ergonomically curved grip zone ensures you hold the pencils comfortably, even during long drawing sessions. The metal clip, pusher and tip give the pencils a professional look and make them durable enough for intensive use.

Practical tip for the best results
Thanks to the chromed, rigid tubular tip you get stable lines without the tip wobbling or breaking under pressure. Keep spare leads of the right thickness for each mechanical pencil, so you can always keep working. When buying new leads, pay attention to the specific diameters: 0.35 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm leads are not interchangeable.
