When do you need a sketchbook with black paper?
A sketchbook with black paper is ideal for artists who work with light materials such as white chalk, metallic pens or pastels. The black 140 gsm paper provides an excellent basis for high-contrast drawings and opens up possibilities that plain white paper simply cannot offer.

Why this format is the right choice
The compact size gives you enough room for detailed sketches, yet remains small enough to take with you anywhere. With 80 sheets, you have plenty of pages for long-term projects without the book becoming too thick to carry on the go.

Acid-free paper for lasting art
The acid-free paper ensures that your drawings won't discolour or deteriorate over time. This is essential if you want to keep your work or digitise it later. The sturdy 140 gsm weight prevents ink from bleeding through and gives you a pleasant drawing experience.

Practical details for everyday use
The hardcover protects your work on the move, while the elastic closure band prevents pages from creasing in your bag. The pen holder on the side keeps your favourite drawing tool within easy reach at all times. The pocket inside the cover is handy for storing loose reference material or inspiration.
