When do you need a drum unit?
A drum unit is an essential part of your laser printer that transfers toner to the paper. If your printouts become streaky, show smudges, or the print quality deteriorates while your toner is still full, then it is time to replace the drum unit. This is a normal maintenance moment that occurs with all laser printers.

Why choose this specific Samsung drum unit?
This MLT-R116 drum unit has been specially developed for an extensive range of Samsung laser printers, including the SL-2835, Pro Xpress M2820, M2885 and the complete M2620, M2625, M2626, M2670 and M2675 series. By choosing the original Samsung drum unit, you guarantee optimal performance and avoid compatibility issues that can occur with alternative products.

Capacity of 9,000 pages
With a capacity of approximately 9,000 pages, this drum unit offers a substantial lifespan for both home offices and smaller businesses. This means you can print for months before replacement is needed, depending on your print volume. The drum unit works independently of your toner cartridge, so you do not need to replace both at the same time.

Please note the correct reference code
This drum unit is available under two reference codes: the newer SV134A and the older MLT-R116 designation. Both refer to the same product. Check your printer manual or the old drum unit to see which code is listed, so you can be sure you are ordering the correct part for your specific Samsung laser printer model.
