Add extra resistance to your workout with these adjustable weight cuffs. Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastening you wear them comfortably around your arm or leg, and the handy storage pouch always keeps your set together.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These weight bands are designed to add extra resistance to your workout or physiotherapy exercises. You fasten them with hook-and-loop straps around your arms or legs, so your muscles have to work harder during movements. This makes your training more intense without needing heavier dumbbells or other equipment.
How does the filling ensure comfort?
The bands are filled with metal granulate and sand, which ensures an even distribution of weight around your arm or leg. The nylon-lycra outer layer is flexible and breathable, so the band feels comfortable during longer workouts. This material combination prevents the weight from pressing on one point and reduces skin irritation.
Practical tip for use
The hook-and-loop fastenings are adjustable in width, so you can secure the bands firmly yet comfortably to different parts of your body. After your workout, simply store both bands in the supplied carrying bag, so they stay clean and together. Always check before use that the hook-and-loop fastening is secure to prevent slipping during exercises.
