When do you need a Cat. 6A network cable?
A Cat. 6A network cable is used for fast and stable internet connections in office environments where reliability is essential. This cable is suitable for networks that require higher speeds than standard Cat. 5e cables can deliver. You need such a cable when you have to connect devices such as computers, printers or switches at a distance to your network.

Why 7.5 metres is the right length
With a length of 7.5 metres, this cable offers sufficient reach for medium-sized office spaces without unnecessary excess cable. This distance is practical for connections between different workstations or from your workstation to a centrally located switch. The green colour helps you organise your network infrastructure by visually distinguishing different connection types.

S/FTP shielding against interference
This cable has S/FTP shielding with 0.025 mm thick aluminium foil, which means that each pair of wires is individually shielded and the entire cable has an additional shielding layer. This prevents interference from other electronic devices in busy office environments. The copper core material (AWG 26/7) and the gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure optimal signal transmission.

Compatibility and connection
The cable uses TIA/EIA 568B wiring, which is the standard for most business networks. The RJ45 connectors fit all common network ports on computers, switches and routers. With a bandwidth of 600 MHz, you can use this cable for both current and future network applications without worrying about performance limitations.
