When do you need a Cat. 7 network cable?
You use a Cat. 7 U/UTP network cable to connect devices such as computers, printers, switches or routers to each other over a wired network. You choose this cable when you need a stable, fast internet connection without the delays Wi-Fi can sometimes cause. At a length of 1.5 metres, this cable is perfect for short distances, for example between your computer and router.

Why choose Cat. 7 specifically?
This cable is made with Cat. 7 raw cable, which means you benefit from high-quality materials for fast connections. The copper alloy in the cores ensures reliable data transmission. EIA/TIA 568B cabling is the standard for networks, so you can be assured of compatibility with virtually all network equipment.

Robust construction for daily use
The gold-plated pins in the connectors prevent corrosion and guarantee a good connection over time. The knick and strain relief (protection against kinking and breakage of the locking clip) prevents damage when plugging in and unplugging. The PVC cable sheath with a diameter of approximately 5.4 mm offers sufficient protection without being too thick.

Practical tip for use
Make sure that both devices you are connecting support Cat. 7 to make optimal use of the speed. The red colour makes the cable easy to recognise in your setup, handy if you use several cables. Take care not to bend the cable too sharply, despite the kink protection, in order to maintain optimal performance.
