When do you need a Cat. 6A network cable?
You use a Cat. 6A network cable for stable internet connections between devices in your network. You need this cable when you want to connect computers, printers, switches or routers with each other via a wired connection. This is especially useful over distances where WiFi is less reliable or where you need consistently high speeds.

Why choose a 15 metre length?
With 15 metres you can easily span the distance between different rooms or floors in an office. This length is ideal when you need to connect devices that are further apart than standard short cables allow, without having to join multiple cables together. This way you maintain a stable connection without extra connection points.

What does the Cat. 6A S/FTP specification mean?
This cable operates at a frequency of 500 MHz and has double shielding through both aluminium foil and a metal braid of 80 x 0.12 mm. This S/FTP shielding protects your signal against electromagnetic interference from other devices nearby. The result is reliable data transmission, even in environments with a lot of electronic equipment.

Practical connection tip
The cable has RJ45 connectors at both ends with gold-plated contacts made of CuZnNi material. These fit all standard network ports on computers, laptops, printers and network equipment. Be sure to push the connector fully in until you hear a click - that way you know the connection is firmly secured.
