When do you need a short network cable?
A 0.5 metre network cable is used for short connections where space is limited. This cable is ideal for connecting devices in a server rack, connecting a switch to a modem, or for connections between devices that are close together. The short length prevents excess cable length that causes clutter.

Why choose Cat 7 as standard?
Cat 7 network cables support higher speeds than Cat 6A and are suitable for modern network applications. The EIA/TIA 568B wiring ensures standard compatibility with most network equipment.

Durability through gold-plated contacts
The gold-plated pins of the RJ45 connectors offer better corrosion resistance than ordinary contacts. This ensures a more stable connection over a longer period, which is especially important in professional environments. The copper mix in the wires (AWG 26/7) provides good conductivity for reliable data transmission.

Practical protection for intensive use
The moulded plugs have built-in strain relief and boot protection, which protects against damage to both the cable and the RJ45 port. The PVC cable jacket with a diameter of approximately 5.4 mm is sturdy enough for daily use. This cable fits standard network equipment such as switches, routers and computers with Ethernet ports.
