When do you need a Cat. 6 S/FTP patch cable?
You use this patch cable to create network connections between computers, switches, routers or other network equipment. With Cat. 6 quality, you can be sure of stable data transmission up to 250 MHz, which is suitable for modern office environments where fast internet connections are essential.

Why choose this 25 metre length?
The 25 metre length gives you sufficient reach for larger office spaces or when you need to connect equipment on different floors. You don't have to join several shorter cables together, which can cause signal loss. This length is ideal when standard short cables are simply too short.

What does S/FTP shielding mean in practice?
The S/FTP shielding combines a 0.025 mm aluminium foil with a braided copper wire screen for maximum protection against electromagnetic interference. This is particularly important in environments with a lot of electronic equipment, where interference can affect network performance. The gold-plated contact surfaces ensure optimal signal transmission.

Practical installation and compatibility
The moulded RJ45 connectors are compatible with all standard network ports and offer extra protection against damage. The copper material guarantees reliable conductivity, while the halogen-free composition is safe for use in office environments. When laying the cable, avoid sharp bends and make sure there is enough space around other electrical cables.
