When do you need a short patch cable?
A 0.25 metre patch cable is used for short connections in patch panels, switches, or when devices are placed close together. This extra short length prevents unnecessary cable clutter and ensures a neat, well-organised installation in server cabinets or desktop setups where devices are placed directly next to each other.

Why choose these Cat. 7 specifications?
This patch cable is made as Cat. 7 bulk cable with Cat. 6A RJ45 connectors. The S/FTP shielding protects against electromagnetic interference, which is essential in environments with heavy network traffic or sensitive equipment. The 600 MHz bandwidth easily supports 10 Gigabit networks.

Sturdy construction for reliable connections
The copper conductor material with AWG 26/7 construction ensures stable signal transmission. The gold-plated RJ45 connectors prevent corrosion and guarantee durable contacts. The PIMF construction (Pairs in Metal Foil) combines individual wire pair shielding with an overall aluminium foil shield for optimal signal integrity.

Note when connecting
This cable uses TIA/EIA 568B wiring, the most widely used standard for network equipment. Check that your devices are compatible with this cabling standard. The halogen-free composition makes the cable suitable for use in office environments where fire safety is important.
