shiverpeaks patch cable Cat. 6A, S/FTP, 7.5 m, magenta

This patch cable with a Cat.7 core delivers stable, fast connections up to 600 MHz, ideal for networks that really need to keep up.‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌ The gold-plated connectors and double shielding protect against signal loss, and in magenta your cabling also stands out at once.‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌

When do you need a Cat. 6A patch cable?
A Cat. 6A patch cable is used to create network connections that support higher speeds than standard Cat. 5 or Cat. 6 cables. This type of cable is needed when you need to connect devices that support 10 Gigabit Ethernet, such as servers, switches or high-end workstations. The 7.5 metre length makes this cable ideal for connections within a server room or between devices that are a bit further apart.

Why choose S/FTP shielding?
This shiverpeaks cable has S/FTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding with aluminium foil of 0.025 mm thickness. This means that each wire pair and the entire cable are shielded against electromagnetic interference. This double protection is essential in environments with a lot of electrical equipment or where reliable data transmission is crucial.

The benefits of Cat. 7 raw cable
Although this is a Cat. 6A patch cable, shiverpeaks uses Cat. 7 raw cable as its base. This ensures extra future-proofing and better performance. The cable supports frequencies up to 600 MHz and has copper conductors with an AWG 26/7 specification, which ensures stable signal transmission over the full 7.5 metre length.

Practical features for professional use
The gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure an optimal connection and corrosion resistance. The magenta colour helps you organise your network by visually distinguishing different connections. The cable is halogen-free, which is important for safety in office environments. Thanks to the TIA/EIA 568B wiring, the cable is compatible with standard network equipment.
