When do you choose this product?

When do you need a Cat. 7 patch cable?
Use this shiverpeaks patch cable to create network connections between computers, switches, routers or other network equipment. Cat. 7 cables are suitable for fast data connections up to 600 MHz and ensure stable network performance in office environments where reliability is crucial.

Why choose a 20 metre length?
With a length of 20.0 metres, this cable offers the flexibility to connect equipment at a considerable distance from each other without signal loss. This length is ideal for connections between different rooms, from patch panel to workstation, or when you want to route cables neatly along walls or ceilings without having to make cable joins.

Advantage of S/FTP shielding with Cat. 7 core
This cable combines Cat. 7 core technology with double shielding (S/FTP). The aluminium foil and braided shielding protect against electromagnetic interference from other devices. The copper core material and gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure optimal signal transmission, which is particularly important in environments with a lot of electronic equipment.

Practical considerations during installation
The TIA/EIA 568B wiring makes this cable compatible with standard network installations. The yellow colour helps in identifying specific connections in your network. When laying the cable, pay attention to the AWG 26/7 specification - this means the cable is flexible enough for moving installations but strong enough for permanent installation.
