What does this product do?
This patch cable connects network components such as computers, switches, routers or printers to each other within a local network. You need this type of cable when you want to establish reliable data connections for office equipment or network equipment that requires Ethernet connectivity.

Why Cat. 6A in this length?
Cat. 6A cables support higher data speeds than standard Cat. 6 variants and are suitable for professional network environments. The 1.0 metre length is ideal for short connections between devices that are close together, such as between a switch and a patch panel, or for direct connections in server cabinets where you don't want excess cable length.

S/FTP shielding for interference-free connections
This cable has S/FTP (Shielded/Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding with aluminium foil 0.025 mm thick. This means that both the individual wire pairs and the entire cable are shielded against electromagnetic interference. The copper conductors with AWG 26/7 construction and gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure stable signal transmission up to 600 MHz.

Compatibility and connection
The cable follows the TIA/EIA 568B cabling standard, making it compatible with virtually all standard network equipment. The RJ45 connectors fit all common Ethernet ports. Please note that both devices you are connecting must also support Cat. 6A in order to benefit fully from its performance. The halogen-free construction makes the cable suitable for use in office environments.
