This Toslink cable delivers razor-sharp digital audio transmission free from noise or interference. With gold-plated contacts and a metal connector, you enjoy a stable connection between your devices for years.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
An optical Toslink cable uses light signals to transfer high-quality digital audio between devices. You need this cable when you want to connect sound systems, soundbars, game consoles or TV equipment without loss of quality caused by electromagnetic interference.
Why this 3-metre version?
At a length of 3 metres, you have enough flexibility to connect devices that are a bit further apart, without the cable being under tension. This distance is ideal for connecting a TV to a wall-mounted soundbar, or for connecting a games console to an audio system in your entertainment centre.
Professional finish with metal connectors
This Shiverpeaks cable has metal Toslink plugs with gold-plated contact surfaces, which ensures a stable connection and protection against corrosion. The moulded cable cap prevents breakage when bending, while the outer diameter of 6.0 mm indicates a sturdy construction suitable for intensive use.
Recognisable colours for easy overview
The blue cable with silver plugs helps you organise your connections. You can immediately see which cable is used for audio, which is handy with more complex installations involving several cables. Check that your devices actually have Toslink connections - you can recognise these by the square optical ports, which are often covered with a flap.
