This Toslink cable delivers clear digital audio without noise or interference. Thanks to the gold-plated contacts and metal connector, you enjoy a stable connection between your devices for years.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a Toslink cable?
A Toslink cable is essential for transferring digital audio signals between devices such as soundbars, receivers, gaming consoles and TVs. You need this cable when you want to send high-quality digital audio without any loss in quality, for example from your PlayStation to your surround sound system or from your TV to your external speakers.
Why choose this 1.0 metre length?
At 1.0 metre, this cable is ideal for short connections between devices that are close together. This compact length prevents unnecessary excess cable and ensures a neat setup in your entertainment centre. The blue cable colour also makes it easy to distinguish this audio cable from other cables in your setup.
Metal plugs for a reliable connection
This Toslink cable features metal plugs with gold-plated contact surfaces, ensuring a stable and durable connection. The gold-plated contacts prevent corrosion and guarantee optimal signal transmission. The moulded cover protects the sensitive optical connection against damage, which is especially important with this light-guide technology.
Practical installation information
When purchasing, make sure both devices have a Toslink (optical audio) input – recognisable by the square connection with a flap. The 6.0 mm outer diameter is standard for Toslink cables, making this cable universally usable. Keep the protective caps that come on the plugs for when you are not using the cable temporarily; this protects the optical ends from dust and damage.
