When do you need a fineliner?
A fineliner is ideal for precise line work, technical drawings, hand lettering and detailed work where ordinary felt-tip pens are too thick. With a fineliner you can draw thin, crisp lines for architectural sketches, planners, mind maps or decorative accents in bullet journals.

Why choose the 0.4 mm line width?
The 0.4 mm tip strikes the perfect balance between precision and visibility. This width is ideal for use with rulers and stencils, as the tip glides precisely along the edge without bleeding. You get sufficient coverage for clearly legible text and lines, while still being able to produce detailed work.

Advantage of the metal tip
The metal-clad nib ensures a stable and durable tip that retains its shape, even with intensive use. This metal sheath protects the fine tip from damage and means you can keep drawing consistent lines for a long time without the tip fraying or deforming.

Practical usage tips
Thanks to the ventilated cap, the fineliner does not dry out quickly, even if you forget to put the cap back on. The hexagonal shape prevents the pen from rolling off your desk and sits comfortably in your hand. For the best results with rulers: place the tip against the edge and draw your line in one smooth movement.
