When should you choose a fineliner?
Use a fineliner when you want to write or draw precisely and neatly. This STABILO fineliner is ideal for taking notes, filling in planners, technical drawing or working out details in your work. The constant ink flow ensures that your lines always stay the same thickness.

Why this 0.4 mm line width?
With a line width of 0.4 mm, you're right between fine and medium. You can still make small details with it, but the line is thick enough to remain easy to read. This thickness works excellently for everyday use in diaries, notepads and forms.

Advantage of the metal-reinforced tip
The metallgefasste spitze means the tip is reinforced with metal. As a result, the tip lasts much longer and doesn't deform quickly, even with intensive use. You can also safely draw along rulers and templates without damaging the tip.

Practical usage tips
Thanks to the hexagonal shape with stripe design, the fineliner sits securely in your hand and won't roll off your desk. The ventilated cap prevents a vacuum from forming, so the ink keeps flowing better. Thanks to the high protection against drying out, you can safely leave the cap off for a little longer without the fineliner drying out straight away.
