What does a highlighter do and when do you need one?
A highlighter is used to emphasise important text in documents, books or notes. Whether you are studying, marking key passages in reports or organising your notes, a good highlighter makes information stand out immediately and helps you quickly find essential points.

Why choose the chisel tip of this STABILO BOSS?
This highlighter has a practical chisel tip that lets you create two different line widths: 2.0 mm for precisely highlighting individual words and 5.0 mm for emphasising complete sentences or paragraphs. This gives you the flexibility to work both in detail and over larger areas with a single pen, without having to swap pens.

Anti-Dry-Out technology in practice
The most frustrating thing about highlighters is when they dry out because you have forgotten to put the cap on. This STABILO features Anti-Dry-Out technology, which protects against drying out for up to 4 hours without the cap. This means you can use the pen for a while without putting the cap straight back on, which is especially handy during longer work or study sessions.

Practical tip for optimal use
The ink in this highlighter is water-based, which means it is less likely to bleed through paper than alcohol-based ink. For the best results, use the narrow 2.0 mm side for text in books or thinner paper, and the broad 5.0 mm side for documents on ordinary copier paper. Store the pen horizontally to maintain an even ink flow.
