When do you need an ergonomic fountain pen?
A fountain pen such as the STABILO EASYbirdy R is specially designed for pupils who want to master writing with a fountain pen. This pen is ideal for children making the transition from pencil to fountain pen, or for those who still find writing with a regular fountain pen difficult.

Why this version for right-handers?
The STABILO EASYbirdy R has an ergonomic shape and grip zone specially adapted for right-handed users, so you automatically adopt the correct pen grip and can write more comfortably. STABILO also offers a version for left-handers.

What makes the adjustable pen angle special?
What makes this fountain pen unique is the adjustable pen angle (einstellbarer Federwinkel), which lets you adapt the pen to your personal writing style. The pen has an A-width nib that is suitable for beginners, and the retractable nib prevents the tip from being damaged. The transparent window shows how much ink is still left.

Practical tip for use
This fountain pen comes with a royal blue ink cartridge, the standard colour for many schools. The anti-slip grip zone ensures that your pen doesn't slip out of your fingers while you write. For the best results, adjust the pen angle before you start writing, so the pen fits your writing posture optimally.
