What does a dual brush pen do?
A dual brush pen is a versatile marker with two different tips that you can use for both precision work and colouring in large areas. This type of pen is mainly used for hand lettering, calligraphy, drawing and creative projects where you need different line widths within a single colour.

This turquoise pen has a fine tip for precise line work and a broad brush tip for filling in areas. With line widths from 0.8 to 10 mm, you can cover a wide range of applications with one pen. So you don't have to switch between different pens for detail and fill work.

Why water-based ink matters

Store the pen horizontally to prevent one tip from drying out. The brush tip works best when you hold it at an angle of about 45 degrees and work with light pressure. To mix colours, apply the desired colours side by side on paper and blend them while the ink is still damp.
