When do you need an office chair with synchronous mechanism?
This Topstar OP290 UG26 is an office chair with Punktsynchronmechanik, which means the backrest and seat move in sync when you lean back. This type of chair is ideal if you work at a desk for longer periods and regularly change your posture. The bandscheibenzitting (intervertebral disc seat) offers extra support for your lower back.

Why choose this size and version?
With seat dimensions of 480 x 480 mm and a seat height that is infinitely adjustable from 430 to 510 mm, this chair suits most body heights. The load capacity of 110 kg makes it suitable for virtually all users. The backrest height of 600 mm provides sufficient support for your back without being too high.

What do the safety gas spring and chrome base mean?
The Sicherheitsgasfeder (safety gas spring) ensures safe and gradual height adjustment without sudden sinking movements. The chrome-plated steel five-star base with weight-dependent braked safety double castors provides stability and only moves when you put weight on it. This prevents the chair from rolling away unintentionally.

Practical tip for different floor types
This chair is supplied as standard with castors suitable for carpet and soft floors. For hard floors such as laminate, parquet or tiles, you can optionally order hard-floor castors under article number 70699950. The included height-adjustable U2 armrests provide extra comfort while working.
