When do you need an office chair with movement technology?
This Topstar Sitness 40 office chair is ideal when you do a lot of sitting work but want to improve your posture. The Body-Balance-Tec joint ensures that you make subtle movements while sitting, which helps keep your back muscles active and stimulates blood circulation. This prevents the stiffness that arises from prolonged static sitting.

Why choose this compact size?
With seat dimensions of 440 x 400 mm, this chair is perfect for smaller workspaces or home offices where space is limited. The seat height is adjustable from 430 to 510 mm, making the chair suitable for different body heights. The backrest can be adjusted both in height (200-300 mm) and depth for optimal support.

The Body-Balance-Tec joint explained
This unique technology makes the seat slightly mobile, so you make unconscious small movements while you sit. This activates your deep back muscles and prevents tension. Unlike traditional office chairs, you stay naturally in motion without having to think about it consciously. The 100% polyester upholstery offers comfort and is easy to keep clean.

Practical considerations when using
The chair has a steel base with a maximum load capacity of 110 kg. For use on hard floors such as laminate or tiles, you can optionally order hard-floor castors (article number 70699950). These protect your floor from scratches and ensure smooth movement of the chair.
