What is a balance ball chair and when do you need one?
A balance ball chair is an alternative seating solution that encourages active sitting through an unstable surface. You use this product when you want regular variation in your sitting posture, for example while working at a desk or as an extra seat. The movement it creates activates your muscles and promotes better posture.

Why choose this size and version?
With a seat diameter of 450 mm and a seat height of 550 mm, this balance ball chair offers room for users up to 1.92 metres in height. The 100% polyester 3D mesh fabric provides breathable properties, which is important during longer use. The chrome-plated lightweight metal base supports a maximum of 110 kg and provides stability at the base.

Air pressure adjustment for personal customisation
The unique feature of this balance ball chair is the air pressure adjustment, which lets you adapt the resistance to your body weight. This allows you to decide for yourself how much movement and instability you want while sitting. The supplied air pump makes it easy to increase or decrease the pressure to your preference.

Practical usage tip for optimal comfort
Use this balance ball chair for no more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overexertion. Start with short sessions of 15–30 minutes to let your body get used to active sitting. By gradually adjusting the air pressure, you will find the ideal balance between comfort and activation of your core muscles.
