What is an active sitting element and when do you need it?
The Topstar Sitness 5 is an active sitting element that helps you sit dynamically throughout your working day. This type of seating solution is ideal when you want to move consciously while working in order to improve your posture and activate your core muscles. The sitting element encourages small movements that promote better blood circulation and reduce static strain on your back.

Why choose this size and this version?
With a seat diameter of 450 mm and a seat height of 550 mm, this sitting element offers a comfortable sitting position for users up to 1.92 metres tall. The 3D mesh fabric made of 100% polyester provides good ventilation while you sit, while the chrome-plated lightweight metal base ensures stability during your movements.

Air pressure adjustment adapts to your weight
What makes this sitting element unique is the air pressure adjustment, which lets you tune it precisely to your body weight. This adjustment ensures you experience the right amount of resistance while moving, whether you are lighter or heavier. The maximum load capacity is 110 kg, making the sitting element suitable for a wide range of users.

Practical tip for optimal use
The sitting element is supplied with an air pump, so you can start setting the correct pressure straight away. Keep in mind the recommended maximum sitting time of 4 hours per day: alternate with a regular office chair so your body gradually gets used to active sitting. Start with short sessions and build up slowly.
