When do you use a date stamp with text?
This date stamp is ideal when you want to mark documents with both a date and the text "Ontvangen". This saves time when processing incoming post, invoices or other administrative documents where you want to quickly indicate when they were received.

Why this 40×23 mm format?
With an imprint size of 40×23 mm, this stamp fits perfectly on most documents without taking up too much space. The format is large enough to be easily legible, yet compact enough for use on smaller documents such as letters and invoices.

Self-inking system with colour coding
This stamp has a built-in ink reservoir, so you don't need a separate ink pad. The text "Ontvangen" is printed in blue and the date appears in red, creating a clear visual distinction between the two elements. The date height of 4 mm ensures the date remains easy to read.

Practical maintenance tip
When the ink runs low, you can easily restore the stamp with the matching replacement pad 6/4750/2. This keeps the stamp durable in use and means you won't have to buy a completely new stamp when the ink runs out.
