When do you need a paid date stamp?
A date stamp with a "PAID" marking is indispensable for administrative departments that process incoming invoices and payments. You use this stamp to quickly and clearly indicate that a document has been paid and on what date this took place. This prevents duplicate payments and ensures a well-organised financial administration.

Why choose this compact 23×12 mm format?
The 23×12 mm format is ideal for use on invoices, bills and other documents where space is limited. The imprint is large enough to be clearly legible with a letter height of 3.8 mm, yet compact enough to fit on smaller documents without covering other important information.

Self-inking system with two-colour imprint
This stamp has a built-in ink system, so you don't need a separate ink pad. What's special about this model is the two-colour feature: the text "PAID" is printed in blue and the date in red. This makes the information extra clear and professional, while the different colours help with quickly scanning documents.

Practical date setting via dial wheels
You set the date easily by turning the dial wheels on the side of the stamp. This system is quicker than interchangeable digit blocks and less prone to errors. When the ink runs out, you replace it with the matching replacement ink pad 6/4850/2 and the stamp can then serve you for years to come.
