What does this text stamp do?
The Trodat X-Print 4912 'Geboekt' is a self-inking text stamp that you use to quickly and clearly mark documents, invoices or other paperwork as 'booked'. You simply press the stamp onto the paper and the text appears automatically in red, without needing a separate ink pad.

Why choose this size?
With an impression size of 42 x 12 mm, you get a clearly legible imprint that isn't too large for standard documents. This compact format fits perfectly on invoices, receipts and other administrative documents without covering the important information around it.

Advantages of the self-inking system
The self-inking mechanism ensures you always get an even, red impression without the hassle of loose ink pads. The red ink pad is built into the stamp and delivers consistent results. What's more, the stamp is made from 75% recycled material, contributing to sustainable office use.

Practical tip for long-term use
If the ink becomes weaker after prolonged use, you can replace the ink pad with the matching Trodat replacement pad 6/4912. This considerably extends the life of your stamp and ensures you can enjoy the same clear red impression for years. Store the stamp horizontally to keep the ink evenly distributed.
