When do you need a certified stamp?
Use this text stamp when you need to provide documents with an official certification in accordance with applicable regulations. It is a self-inking stamp that is ready to use without a separate stamp pad. The text "GEWAARMERKT CONFORM" indicates that the document complies with specific standards or procedures.

Why choose this compact 42×12 mm format?
With dimensions of 42×12 mm, this stamp is ideal for standard document formats where you want a clear but not oversized imprint. The format offers enough room for the full text while remaining compact enough to stamp in various places on a document without disrupting the layout.

Benefits of the self-inking function
The self-inking mechanism lets you stamp straight away without a separate stamp pad. The blue ink is released automatically with every stamping motion, ensuring consistent and professional imprints. This saves time and means you don't have to keep loose stamp pads on hand.

Practical tip for maintenance
When the ink runs low, you can easily replace the stamp with the matching replacement pad type 6/4912. The blue plastic housing is made from 75% recycled material, contributing to sustainable office use. Store the stamp horizontally to keep the ink distributed optimally.
