What does this text stamp do?
This Trodat text stamp automatically prints the word "VERTROUWELIJK" on documents. You need it when you want to mark confidential business information, such as contracts, financial reports or internal notes. The stamp works without an external ink pad thanks to the integrated automatic inking system.

Why this 42 × 12 mm size?
The compact size of 42 × 12 mm is ideal for stamping documents without taking up too much space. This dimension offers sufficient legibility for the text "VERTROUWELIJK" while remaining discreet enough not to overwhelm your document. The stamp fits easily on letterheads, memos and other business documents.

Automatic inking system with red
The automatic inking system ensures that every impression is consistent and clear, without the need for a separate ink pad. The red colour immediately draws attention and makes it clear that the information is confidential. The ink cartridge delivers thousands of impressions before replacement is needed.

Practical compatibility for replacement
To replace the ink cartridge, use type number 6/4912. Please note that a newer variant is also available under the numbers 499232 and 43539. The stamp is made for 75% from recycled materials, which contributes to a more sustainable office environment. Store the stamp lying flat to maintain optimal ink distribution.
