What does this text stamp do?
The Trodat X-Print 4912 is a self-inking text stamp specially designed for marking documents with "KOPIE" (COPY). You need this type of stamp when you regularly have to distinguish copies of original documents from the original, for example in administrative processes or when archiving important paperwork.

Why choose this size?
With an impression size of 42×12 mm, this stamp offers sufficient space for clearly legible text without taking up too much room on your documents. This compact format is ideal for standard A4 documents and fits perfectly with letterheads, invoices and contracts without overshadowing the important content.

Benefits of the self-inking function
The self-inking system means you don't need a separate ink pad - the red ink is already built into the stamp. This prevents stains on your desk and ensures a consistent, clear impression every time you use it. The red colour stands out well against black text and makes the marking immediately recognisable.

Durable and low maintenance
This stamp is made from 75% recycled material, contributing to a more sustainable office environment. When the ink runs out, you can easily revive the stamp with the matching replacement pad 6/4912. This makes the stamp a cost-effective solution for long-term use.
