What does a self-inking text stamp do?
A self-inking text stamp such as the Trodat Printy 4.0 allows you to print your standard texts quickly and consistently without loose ink pads. You use this type of stamp when you regularly need to stamp the same information on documents, letters or forms.

Why choose this 37×14 mm size?
The 37×14 mm print size offers sufficient space for compact texts such as addresses, dates or standard office notices. This size fits well on letterheads and documents without taking up too much space, while the text remains clearly legible.

Flexibility with a maximum of 4 lines of text
This stamp can be configured with a maximum of 4 lines of text, giving you the freedom to combine different types of information. Think of a combination of company name, address, telephone number and website, or a date with a signature line. The plastic construction ensures durable use.

Practical maintenance tip
If the print becomes lighter, simply replace the stamp pad with the matching replacement pad type 6/4911. The stamp pad is supplied included, so you can get started straight away. Store the stamp horizontally to keep the ink evenly distributed, and do not let the stamp dry out in direct sunlight.
