What does a text stamp do and when do you need one?
A text stamp allows you to quickly and consistently apply the same information to documents, letters or forms. This saves time on repetitive administrative tasks such as stamping invoices, correspondence or company details. The trodat 4911 is ideal for offices, administrations and businesses that regularly need to apply standard texts.

Why choose this compact 37×14 mm format?
The 37×14 mm print format offers room for up to 4 lines of text and is perfect for shorter texts such as dates, signatures, approvals or small company details. This compact format fits well on documents without taking up too much space, and gives your stamped texts a professional appearance.

Self-inking system for immediate use
This stamp is self-inking, which means the ink is automatically transported from the built-in ink pad to the text plate. So there is no need to use a separate ink pad - simply stamp and you're ready to go. The included ink pad delivers thousands of impressions before it needs replacing.

Personalisation and maintenance
You can have the text plate made entirely to your own wishes via the webshop, so you get exactly what you need. When the ink runs out after prolonged use, you can simply replace the ink pad with the matching replacement pad type 6/4911. The sky-blue plastic housing makes the stamp easy to spot on your desk.
