What is a triangular scale ruler?
A triangular scale ruler is an indispensable tool for draughtspeople, architects and engineers who work with construction drawings, floor plans and technical designs. You use this instrument to convert distances on drawings into actual measurements, or conversely to represent large objects reduced in size on paper.

Why choose this 300 mm size?
With a length of 300 mm, this scale ruler offers the ideal balance between convenient dimensions and sufficient working length. You can work on A4 and A3 format drawings without the instrument becoming too large for your workspace. The compact size makes it suitable for both office use and for on the go.

Six different scales in one instrument
This WESTCOTT scale ruler contains six commonly used scales: 1:2.5; 1:5; 1:10; 1:20; 1:50 and 1:100. This means you don't need to purchase multiple instruments, and the right scale division is within arm's reach for almost any drawing task. The triangular shape ensures that all scales are easy to read.

Practical recognition through colour coding
The white plastic base is fitted with two coloured grooves in red and blue. This colour coding helps you quickly find the correct side of the scale ruler while you work. The clear colour marking prevents mistakes when switching between different scales, which is especially important for precise measurements.
