Waterproof sandpaper that performs excellently in wet applications too. The 230x280mm size is handy for a variety of sanding jobs.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need waterproof sandpaper?
Waterproof sandpaper is used when you are carrying out wet sanding work or when a lot of dust is released that you want to bind. This WESTEX sandpaper has been specially developed to withstand moisture, so it does not fall apart during wet sanding. It is ideal for finishing paint, varnish or filler where a smooth surface is required.
The advantage of closed coat
This sandpaper has a closed coat, which means the abrasive grains are placed close together. This gives you an even sanding result across the entire surface.
Practical dimensions for manual work
The 230×280 mm size is handy for manual sanding and fits comfortably in your hand. You can easily fold or tear the sheet to the desired size for smaller surfaces. For use in sanding blocks, you can cut the paper to size.
