What does an accordion folder do, and when do you need one?
An accordion folder is the ideal solution for organising loose documents without having to punch them. You use this folder when you want to keep different categories of paper separate, such as project documents, monthly invoices or customer details. The expandable spine automatically adjusts to the amount of contents.

Why choose 12 compartments?
With 12 compartments you have enough space to archive a full year of monthly documents or to divide extensive projects into different categories. Each compartment can hold up to 200 sheets, so you can store a considerable quantity of A4 documents in one folder without it becoming too heavy.

Sturdy construction for heavy use
The plastic tabs are made extra strong and won't wear out quickly with regular use. The elastic rubber closure bands ensure your documents stay securely in the folder, even during transport. The coloured inner compartments of 225 gram cardboard provide clear visual distinction between the different sections.

Practical dimensions for standard office use
This accordion folder measures 240 x 320 mm and is specially designed for DIN A4 format. You can easily store the folder in a standard office drawer or on a bookshelf. Thanks to the expandable mechanism, the folder only takes up the space needed for the actual contents.
