This rental folder from EXACOMPTA has been specially developed for owners who rent out fewer than four furnished properties. You receive all the necessary documents in one handy folder to handle your rental agreements professionally and in accordance with French legislation.

Complete Document Set for Six Rental Contracts
The folder contains 6 rental contract forms for furnished lets, allowing you to record multiple rental periods. In addition, you receive 4 inventory forms (État de lieux) produced as triplicate self-copying sets, so that both you and the tenant automatically have a copy.

Legal Certainty Through Information Sheets
The set includes 3 information sheets explaining the rights and obligations of both tenants and landlords. This ensures that both parties are fully informed of their responsibilities, which can help prevent disputes and protects you legally.

Practical Guarantee and Inventory Forms
For recording the contents of the property, there are 2 inventory forms for furniture and the condition of the interior. The 2 guarantee deeds are produced as self-copying duplicate sets, which simplifies administration. Please note that this is a French form set, suitable for rentals under French law.
