What is this elastic folder and when do you need it?

An elastic folder is the ideal solution when you want to keep loose documents together without punching or binding them. You choose this type of folder when you want to temporarily store papers, take them to a meeting or hand them over to a customer or colleague. The three inner flaps hold the contents on all sides, so nothing falls out on the way.

Why this format is the right choice

This folder is designed for DIN A4 documents and measures 240 x 320 mm, so standard A4 paper fits exactly without folding or sliding. The corner elastic band keeps everything securely closed, so your folder stays shut even when you put it in a bag or backpack. This makes the folder suitable for use both in the office and on the go.

Sturdiness thanks to the card weight

The card has a weight of 355 g/m², which is considerably heavier than that of an ordinary paper folder. This ensures the folder keeps its shape and is better able to withstand daily use. Colorspan card is a specific type of card that does not easily crease or sag, even with frequent use.

Practical tip: use the pre-printed front

On the front of this folder there is a pre-printed field on which you can note the contents or project name. This makes it easy to quickly tell multiple folders apart in a stack or drawer. Store the folder lying flat or upright in a drawer — the sturdy card construction is suitable for both.
