When do you need a presentation folder?
A presentation folder is useful when you want to present and protect documents in an orderly way. With clear sleeves, you can arrange different documents per sleeve without them shifting or getting damaged. This is ideal for meetings, client presentations or keeping important papers that you need to consult regularly.

Why choose this format?
The dimensions of 245 x 310 mm are a perfect fit for standard office paper and document sizes in the Netherlands. You can fit various paper types and smaller formats into the sleeves without them slipping.

Advantages of the ring mechanism
The ring mechanism keeps your documents firmly in place. You can open the rings to add or rearrange sleeves, giving you flexibility when organising your presentation. The polypropylene material of the cover is sturdy enough to protect the contents, while the slightly grained structure provides grip.

Practical tip for use
Don't overfill the sleeves - a maximum of 3-4 sheets per sleeve prevents the ring mechanism from coming under strain and ensures a neat presentation.
