What does this brush pen do?
The Faber-Castell PITT artist pen is a professional brush pen specially developed for artists and illustrators. With its pigmented drawing ink, you achieve permanent, waterproof results that are lightfast. You use this pen for artistic drawings, illustrations and calligraphy where you need durable white accents or highlights.

Why choose the broad brush tip?
The broad brush tip (B) gives you a variable line width of 1.0 to 5.0 mm, depending on the pressure and angle at which you draw. This flexibility makes the pen ideal for both fine details and filling in larger areas. You can create expressive, flowing lines that you cannot achieve with an ordinary felt-tip pen.

Permanent and acid-free quality
The pigmented drawing ink is completely waterproof and permanent once dry. This means your drawing is resistant to moisture and does not fade over time. The acid-free composition ensures that your artwork does not discolour or damage the paper, which is important for archiving and long-term preservation of your work.

Practical usage tip
The cap has a handy clip so you can easily attach the pen to your sketchbook or clothing. Always store the pen horizontally to maintain optimal ink flow. Thanks to its odourless composition, you can also work for long periods in enclosed spaces without being bothered by unpleasant fumes.
