When do you need oven-hardening modelling clay?
FIMO SOFT modelling clay is perfect for hobby projects where you want to make durable figures, jewellery or decorative objects. Unlike air-drying clay, this material becomes hard and sturdy when heated in the oven, so your creations become permanent and can withstand daily use.

Why choose the 57 gram variant?
With 57 grams of clay you have enough material for small to medium-sized projects without waste. The block is conveniently divided into 8 pre-portioned pieces, so you can measure out exactly how much clay you need. This prevents unused clay from drying out and keeps your workspace more organised.

Advantages of the soft texture
This FIMO SOFT variant is ready to model straight away without any preparation and feels pleasantly soft when kneaded. The soft consistency makes it easy to mix different colours together for colour transitions or new shades. You don't need to knead the clay for a long time first to make it workable.

Practical tip for curing
The curing process takes place at 110 degrees Celsius in a regular household oven and takes 30 minutes. Always use the correct temperature and time to achieve optimal hardness. Place your workpieces on baking paper and ensure good ventilation while baking. Once cooled, your creations are permanently hard and can be painted or varnished.
