What does this product do?

This motif punch cuts out a dachshund-shaped figure from various materials, allowing you to quickly and consistently repeat the same shape for crafts, cards or decorations. You would use this type of punch mainly when you need multiple identical motifs without having to cut them out by hand each time. This is handy for scrapbooking, children's crafts or decorating gift wrapping.

Why this punch size?

With a punch head size of 38 mm, you get a motif that is large enough for the details of the dachshund shape to stand out well, yet still compact enough for cards and smaller projects. This size is suited to applications where the figure needs to be a clearly recognisable element, without overwhelming the overall composition.

Which materials can you use?

This punch is suitable for punching paper, cardboard and poster board, as well as aluminium craft card and foam rubber (moosgummi). This makes the tool versatile, from classic paperwork to somewhat sturdier or softer materials for 3D effects. With thicker materials, do make sure you can apply enough pressure to get a clean punch.

Practical use

Thanks to the collection tray, the punched-out dachshund motifs fall directly into a separate compartment, so you can easily
