What does a document folder do and when do you need one?
A document folder protects important papers from dirt, moisture and damage during transport or storage. You need one when you want to keep documents safe or take them along to meetings, client visits or office locations without them creasing or falling out.

Why choose this A4 format in PP material?
This folder is specifically designed for standard A4 documents, the most commonly used format in the office. The PP material (polypropylene) offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility, while the red transparent design lets you see the contents directly without opening the folder.

How do the 3 inner flaps and corner elastics work?
The 3 inner flaps ensure your documents stay neatly in place, even when the folder is shaken or tilted. The corner elastic bands (eckspannergummis) keep the folder securely closed, so no papers fall out during transport. This combination gives you double security for your important documents.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Store the folder upright between other folders, or lay it flat in a drawer or bag. The transparent front lets you see at a glance which documents are inside, saving time when searching. If you like, write a label describing the contents and stick it on the bottom for even better organisation.
