Three fineliners of different thicknesses in one set, so you always have the right one for sketches, notes or accents. The pigment ink is waterproof and stays nicely black, even after years in your archive.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These pigment fineliners are designed for precision drawings, illustrations and technical sketches where you need waterproof, permanent lines. Thanks to the pigment-based water-based ink, your drawings remain intact, even when exposed to moisture. Use these fineliners when you're doing detailed work that needs to stand the test of time.
Why these three different widths?
With line widths of 0.50 mm, 0.60 mm and 0.70 mm, you get three subtly different thicknesses that fit together perfectly. This range lets you add variation to your line drawings without big jumps between the widths. You can create gradual transitions from thinner to slightly thicker accents.
Permanent pigment ink on a water basis
The pigment-based ink ensures colour fastness and lightfastness, meaning your drawings won't fade over time. Because it is water-based, the ink dries quickly and gives off no unpleasant chemical odours while you draw. The waterproof property means your drawing stays intact if water later comes into contact with it.
Practical tip for use
This set of 3 pieces ensures you always have a spare on hand and lets you combine the different widths in a single project. Store the fineliners horizontally with the cap firmly closed to prevent them from drying out. The numbering 08, 10 and 12 on the fineliners corresponds to the respective line widths for easy identification.

Dex knows - user tips
I'm looking for the hazard statements — they weren't included in the product information. Then I'll check whether there is a known usage quirk for fineliners with pigment ink from Talens (such as the Ecoline or Drawing Ink range).
Talens pigment ink fineliners (such as the Talens Art Creation or similar ranges) have a known quirk: the tip can dry out if you don't put the cap back on straight after use, and sometimes you need to move the pen horizontally or gently shake it to get the ink flowing properly again after longer storage.
This is general enough for this type of product to mention, but I don't want to claim anything specific about shaking if I can't pin down the brand/model precisely. The product name "Talens Pigmen" is incomplete — it appears to be a fineliner set, but I'm not sure enough of a specific usage quirk for this exact product. No hazard statements provided.
