Extend your network connection without loss of speed thanks to Cat. 8.1 with 40 Gbit/s. The double shielding and kink protection ensure a stable connection, even with intensive daily use.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a network cable extension?
You use a network cable extension when your existing network connection is too short to reach your device. This Cat. 8.1 extension from shiverpeaks gives you extra reach without any loss of quality for servers, gaming setups or professional network equipment that requires high data speeds.
Why choose Cat. 8.1?
Cat. 8.1 is suitable for the most demanding applications, with support for 40 Gbit/s data speeds. This specification ensures you are future-proof for high-end network applications.
Double shielding for stable connections
The S/FTP construction with 2-fold shielding protects against electromagnetic interference that can affect performance. The copper conductors and the 2000 MHz bandwidth guarantee reliable signal transmission, even in environments with many electronic devices. The gold-plated connectors with kink protection make the cable more durable with regular use.
Practical compatibility and use
This extension cable works with all RJ-45 devices and is backwards compatible with lower Cat standards. The strain relief prevents the connector from being damaged when plugging and unplugging. Please note that your total cable length (existing cable plus extension) should stay within the recommended limits for optimal performance.
