What does this GN 1/1 lid do?
This stainless steel lid is designed for GN 1/1 pans and helps keep your dishes warm, protected from drying out and hygienically covered. You use it in professional kitchens, at catering events or at buffets where food needs to stay at temperature for longer periods.

Why choose this GN 1/1 size?
The GN 1/1 size is the most widely used standard size in professional kitchens and fits perfectly in chafing dishes, hot-holding equipment and standard kitchen cabinets. With this size you can efficiently cover large quantities of food, and the lid is universally compatible with all GN 1/1 pans.

Stainless steel without a spoon notch
This lid is made of stainless steel and deliberately has no spoon notch. As a result, it closes completely, retaining heat optimally while keeping your food better protected from bacteria and drying out. For serving, you simply lift the lid off, which ensures a neat and professional presentation.

Practical dishwasher safety
The lid is fully dishwasher safe, which greatly simplifies cleaning in busy kitchens. You can place it straight into the dishwasher after use without the material being damaged or discoloured. This saves time and ensures hygienic cleaning at high temperatures.
